Warum man mit Ballaststoffen vorsichtig sein soll, vor allem wenn man ohnehin schon an Darmdysbiose leidet:

Diese Bücher gibt es, glaube ich, leider noch nicht auf Deutsch. KM hat jedoch ziemlich viele Infos im Internet, also kann man vielleicht in Ruhe etwas stöbern ...
